Alynero is a product and research project focused on long-term professional relationships, continuity and context. This policy applies to alynero.com, Alynero research forms and the Alynero Research Integration used to connect research submissions with a designated Google Sheets database.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide voluntarily through our forms, including your profession, work model, research answers and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. Please do not submit personal data about clients, patients or other third parties.

How we use research data

Research responses are used to understand professional workflows, identify recurring problems, evaluate product hypotheses and improve Alynero. We do not sell research responses or use them for advertising profiling.

Google user data

The Alynero Research Integration uses Google OAuth solely to connect the WordPress research workflow to a designated Google Sheets database controlled by Alynero. It may request read-only access to Google Drive to locate spreadsheets and access to Google Sheets to read spreadsheet structure and write research submissions to the selected spreadsheet.

Google user data obtained through these permissions is used only to operate this integration. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or resale. OAuth access can be revoked at any time from Google Account security settings.

Storage and security

Research submissions may be stored in WordPress and in Alynero’s designated Google Sheets research database. Access is limited to people working on Alynero who need the information for research, analysis or product development.
